New Veterans Hospital, Orlando: this food facility will support 138 beds in the hospital, 60 beds in the domiciliary, 120 beds in Community care, and over 800,000 visits per year to the clinic.  Foodservice is geared toward over 5,000 meals per day and assumes a total of 28,500 sf.

MeadWestvaco:  Richmond, VA; multi-station servery and support for corporate headquarters..

Priests’ Home:  Annandale, VA, for the Arlington archdiocese will house 24 retired pastors.

SWIFT: Culpeper, VA; renovation of corporate cafeteria serving a small but isolated population in high security building. 

NRU, CFC; Loudoun County, VA; new Café and catering facilities to serve this association headquarters

Wasabi, Tyson’s Corner Center:  McLean, VA; an upscale Kaiten sushi restaurant in the middle of the mall, utilizing high-tech conveyors and controls to deliver traditionally prepared Japanese foods to diners at their seats.  There is no ‘back-of-house’, so all functions are in public!!

Maryland Square 2:  College Park, MD; new corporate dining facility in a build-to-suit, high-security building.

Greenburg Traurig Law:  Miami, FL; new dining facility for this well-known firm.  Build-out is on the 44th floor of a new building in downtown.
